Tuning

My work of tuning and repairing pianos extends across Rome, the whole of the province of Lazio and part of the province of Calabria. Interventions can also be organised outside these areas, considering the expenses of such a transfer.

The tuning of the piano is a limitless art, e path of harmony between the tuner, the piano and the pianist. Every piano has its own identity, its own character, the timbre of its own personality. While tuning a piano my ear tries to re-establish the right harmony for the technical and musical characteristics of each piano, attentively following the vibration of each single string.

Prices for tunings:

Simple tuning:	€90,00 + VAT
Double tuning (for excessively loose strings):	€120,00 + VAT

Reparing and restoring pianos

In my professionally equipped workshop in Anguillara Sabazia, Rome, I carry out many types of restoration and repair work on both antique and modern pianos.
The repair and restoration of the piano is carried out with extreme care and attention, precision and professionalism, using replacement parts of the make RENNER.

The polishing a tampone fully respects the proud tradition, charm and identity of antique pianos.

All interventions, whether repairs or restoration of the piano, are guaranteed for at least 5 years.

Notifications and construction dates

The most important piano manufacturers advise you to tune your piano at least once a year.
For those of you who wish to be notified when their piano is due for tuning can choose to be contacted by email, telephone, mobile phone or by post. This service is free of charge, for those of you who are interested please contact me by e-mail.

If you are interested in knowing the date of construction of your piano, please contact me being careful to provide the make and serial number found on the inside of the piano. This service is free of charge.
